preparation and barista skills. New to coffee? We recommend starting with our Barista Fundamentals Class.

Please note: Our training is available to individuals, baristas, and businesses who are not currently partnered with another coffee roaster. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer training to business owners and managers who are engaged in an existing supply agreement with another roaster. This policy is in place out of respect for those existing partnerships, to avoid any potential conflict of interest, and to ensure our training is delivered in the right context. We’re open to considering exceptions on a case-by-case basis — please reach out to james@whitewhalecoffee.com.au to discuss your situation.
