What I love about the White Whale standard products is that they are made to a flavour and aroma benchmark not to a regional branding, which in itself has a seasonal production.
In the past I have found with other suppliers they kept their regional mixes, long after seasonal supply stopped. The regional branded coffee supplied comes from the out-of-site under-the-counter bag, which had none of the flavour and aroma qualities that should have been present.
