A cup that rivals its fully-caffeinated counterparts, our decaf is sourced from the state of Chaipas in Mexico, and is treated using glacier water sourced from the Sierra de Chiapas mountains.
This chemical-free method of decaffeination uses steam to swell green coffee, making the cell walls permeable for the extraction of water solubles - including caffeine.
The result is a flavourful decaf that maintains the inherent qualities of the coffee nurtured by Chiapas smallholders, without the caffeine.
