OUR RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, to give you peace of mind, even in the unlikely event you're dissatisfied with our products.

If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, we’re committed to resolving the issue. Please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date so we can assist you.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Date of purchase
  • Order number
  • Item(s) and quantity being returned
  • Reason for return

We’ll assess your return and offer a suitable resolution.

RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR GENERAL DISSATISFACTION

If you're returning a product that is not faulty, not wrongly described, and not incorrect or defective, the following conditions apply:

  • Merchandise must be unused and in original condition, including all packaging.
  • Coffee must be returned in its original packaging, either unopened or resealed using the zipper, with most of the contents intact.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you
    would prefer our team to organise a return shipping label on your behalf, please let us know. This amount will be deducted from the refund provided.
  • Subscription orders are covered only on your first delivery under this policy.
  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process a refund within 5 business days.
