FAQs
Yes – we roast our coffee fresh every week, Monday to Thursday! We always endeavour to dispatch coffee fresh within 0-5 days of roasting (depending on the coffee and our roast schedule), and account for travel-time when delivering to interstate or remote addresses. If you would like your coffee to be sent on the day of roasting, just add a note to your order and we’ll make it happen! If you are concerned about freight time, we recommend you select our Australia Post Express (air service) option at checkout.
You will receive automated notifications, including when your order has been collected from our warehouse, when it is out for delivery, and a confirmation of delivery. Included in these emails is an Australia Post tracking number.
For more information on delivery visit Shipping.
We recommend consuming our coffee before 30-days post roast (see date sticker on back of bag) to ensure optimum flavour and freshness. If you purchase pre-ground coffee, the flavour and aroma of your coffee will deteriorate faster.
We recommend storing our coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. All bags come with a re-sealable ziplock and one-way de-gassing valve to help preserve freshness.
Both! If you do not have a grinder at home, our team will grind your coffee fresh to order. Just choose your brew method when selecting your coffee.
